A retired Israeli general claims Israel and the US has already had contact with aliens, and the rest of humanity "isn't ready."

Professor Haim Eshed who served as the head of Israel's space security program for more than 30 years says the two nations have been dealing with aliens for years.

Speaking to Yediot Aharonot, Mr Eshed clarified the existence of a "Galactic Federation."

The 87-year-old went on to disclose agreements that have been made between aliens and the states.

He said agreements have been made in a bid to understand "the fabric of the universe," reports The Jerusalem Post.''
